Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Domestic (within the US): 3-7 business days
- International: 10-21 business days

Returns & Exchanges
Easy Returns:
Sometimes a shirt just doesn't fit right, doesn't look quite right or maybe it's not your color. That's ok. We want you to find the perfect Wide Sky shirt and will happily accept your return. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipping for a refund or exchange. Returns must be in resalable condition. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
How to Return an Item:
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at info@wideskylife.com to let us know about your return.
- Prepare Your Package: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

Refunds:
Please allow 2 weeks for refunds to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in processing the exchange and ensure you receive the correct item promptly. Due to continual changes in our inventory levels, we cannot always honor exchanges. If your tshirt is no longer in stock, we will proceed to process a refund instead. No cash refunds. See all in-stock t-shirts, tank tops and kids shirts.
